Six Tips for Healthy Skin

- Rather than adding more cream to dry skin, use a gentle scrub to remove it then reapply.
- Always wear sun protection cream or a moisturiser with an SPF 15, just walking to the car or sitting by an open window with the sun streaming in can damage our skin.
- Test your cream to see if it is the right one for you, apply and wait 5 minutes. If the cream sits on the skin it will be clogging up your pores, so try a lighter one.
- Remember that while you sleep your skin is repairing itself, so it is vitally important to remove all traces of make-up, but that does not mean doing it late at night before jumping into bed when you are tired. Wash your face when you get in from work or after dinner.
- Prevent skin blemishes by making sure that your pores do not get clogged up, use a peel once a week.
- Be kind to your hands and massage in cream with almond oil extract.
