We work on an appointment only basis to ensure you have a memorable and enjoyable experience. We recommend only bringing 2 or 3 guests with you as too many opinions can be confusing.If you wish to bring more guests please check with us first.
We only have one bride at a time in the boutique so we respectfully ask that you let us know if you do not intend to attend your appointment so we can offer the appointment to another bride.
If you haven't had the opportunity to book an appointment please feel free to give us a call as we will always try to fit you in.
Our stock is constantly changing and we generally only have one of each gown in stock. Designers in stock vary but typically would be Enzoani, Rebecca Ingram, Phil Collins, Victoria Kay, Phoenix Gowns and Danielle Couture.
If you intend to visit other stores please do so before you visit us as we cannot "hold" gowns whilst you attend other appointments. We'd hate for you to miss out on your favourite as it was sold whilst you were attending other appointments.
Many bridal gowns come up smaller than high street sizing so please bear that in mind when you are viewing our dress galleries. An experienced bridal seamstress should be able to to take down a dress size by a couple of sizes.
We have a list of recommended seamstresses but you are, of course ,welcome to make your own arrangements. As our seamstresses are independent we are unable to offer a discount on their services so please take this into account when determining your budget.

In order to have the space to offer you a great selection of gowns we have little space to store gowns once they are purchased. If this is a problem for you please speak to us and we will try to find a solution.
Typically our gowns are priced between £299 to £1299.
All gowns under £500 must be paid in full at time of purchase.
Payment plans are available for gowns priced over £500
